Sometimes, you may get the following error despite being subscribed to email notifications:
Non login members may not be able to receive emails in any one of the following cases:
- Company is using a trial account and the respective member of the company is a non log-in user and has not confirmed their email yet. While being on a trial account, non log-in members cannot receive email alerts.
- Members are active but the email address is not added to the Member profile.
By entering Member email addresses with an active Company profile, you will be able to receive email alerts.
