As SaaS usage expands, managing user access for security and compliance becomes critical. Direct integrations automate data collection, providing clear visibility. Enabling Zendesk Integration
Go to Settings → Integrations → Direct SaaS Integrations. You’ll see a ‘Connect’ button under the Zendesk logo. Click it to enable the integration.
When you click the button, a new popup will open, asking you to enter your subdomain. Then, click “Add” to continue.
Once you click on “Add”, you will be redirected to Zendesk. You will need to sign in on Zendesk in case you are not already signed in.
Once you have signed in, you will be redirected back to the settings page after the integration is successfully completed.
Once the integration is complete, a software named “Zendesk” will be created on AssetSonar. The Discovery Type will be “Cloud Software,” and the source will be “Zendesk.”
We get the following information from Zendesk:
- Paid users on the Zendesk account
- User’s name and email address
- Last activity of the users
