How to Set It Up
- Enable in ITAM: Log into your main account and navigate to Settings → ITSM on the AssetSonar ITAM side to enable the core integration.
- Install the App: A Microsoft 365 Admin with organizational rights must download the AssetSonar IT Support app directly from the MS Teams app store and install it for the workspace.
- Verify Authentication: Ensure that your employees have matching email addresses across both their Teams profile and their AssetSonar user account. The system relies on this exact email match to authenticate them and grant access to the bot.
