Why It Matters
Having a fast, consolidated way to view your specific workload prevents tickets from slipping through the cracks and helps you prioritize your daily tasks based on real-time urgency and assignments.
How to Do It
- Access the Helpdesk: Navigate to Assistance → Tickets from the main menu to access the primary Tickets Overview page.
- Open Custom Views: Locate and click the Custom View button at the top of the screen. Instead of manually filtering through the entire helpdesk, you will see a dropdown of pre-built options designed to instantly organize your workflow:
- All High Priority Tickets
- All Unassigned Tickets
- My Assigned Tickets
- My High Priority Tickets
- My Pending Tickets
- Apply the Filter: Simply select My Assigned Tickets (or whichever filter you need) from this list. The system will immediately update your ticket view to match that exact criteria, allowing you to focus purely on the work that needs your attention right now.
Next Steps
Log into the helpdesk, click the Custom View button, and select My High Priority Tickets to quickly see if there are any urgent fires you need to put out today.
