The third quarter of the year has been exciting for EZO and our customers. While working towards enhancing automation and convenience in our asset management and intelligence solutions, we introduced a number of important features. Here’s what’s been up in Q3 2024! 

EZOfficeInventory

Multicurrency: 

Now generate purchase orders and manage payments for international transactions or vendors operating with different currencies than your own easily. Each vendor can be assigned their own respective base currency and all purchase orders and payments for that vendor will be recorded and calculated in the assigned currency automatically. 

Transactions are recorded in both the local currency and the company’s base currency, making audits easier, facilitating decision-making and budgeting, and providing a clear-cut cost analysis.

Request Management Center: 

Admins can view all requests in a central hub—the Request Management Center—with granular control on each request. From reservations to contracts/general requests, get a bird’s eye view of all requests organized categorically, boosting operational efficiency and expediting response times.

General Requests:

Does your staff want to make a request that doesn’t fit into the regular request categories like  check-ins/outs, transfers, maintenance, etc.? Staff members can now easily log any type of general request through the Request Portal. Request management has become quicker and easier, ensuring urgent requests get handled immediately.

EZRentOut

Website Builder: 

The easiest way to make your rental business accessible is through a website. EZRentOut offers an intuitive drag-and-drop website builder to set up your own personal Webstore. No need to hire a developer; it’s a simple five-click process.

EZO CMMS

Meters: 

Using our advanced maintenance management solution, you can now set preventive maintenance alerts according to meter readings. For example, for an air conditioner, you can set the volume reading at 1000 cubic feet. Whenever your meter reaches that level, EZO CMMS will automatically generate a work order to perform preventive maintenance on the air conditioner.

Work Order Invoicing: 

Maintenance companies can now consolidate the details from various work orders to create full-fledged work order invoices for their customers, detailing all items used, labor hours, and maintenance procedures. This is a simple, quick way to create project-based invoices!

Automations: 

Our maintenance management solution now offers a new automation feature for work orders and purchase orders. Users can route work orders to their respective teams, add supervisors, prioritize schedules based on importance, and more.

Improved Checklists: 

Need to update your work order checklist? You can now update the checklist without cloning the work order, even when the work order is in the open state. Make sure all your processes are in line instantly, and work orders automatically give an error if technicians try to close them without completing the checklist.

Vendor Role for External Work Order Management: 

Now, vendors can easily be assigned roles in EZO CMMS, allowing them to log in, manage purchase requests and work orders, and communicate with other users regarding pending orders. 

This enables two-way communication and offers visibility and transparency into vendor activities.

  AssetSonar

License Optimizer:

AssetSonar has new and improved software asset management capabilities. Through the license optimizer dashboard, you can now see a holistic view of your tech stack and its usage. You can easily spot unused licenses and forecast future usage without having to manually check each license.

Automation Engine: 

Create automations for purchase order approvals, work order management, and asset tracking by setting triggers, conditions, and then subsequent actions. Automate your workflows to reduce manual work and expedite critical processes now.

No need to manually track the actions taken on each asset. Item trail shows you all the actions taken on each asset, software, and license, This enhances visibility, allows for better decision-making, and improves clarity.
