This latest feature enables you to set specific delivery and pickup dates and time slots to suit your schedule. Customers can then choose from these specified time options instead of requesting their own time slots which may not suit you.

1. Enable Delivery Time
To enable the Delivery Time, go to Settings → Add Ons → Delivery Time → Enabled. You can then choose from further options as well:
By enabling time slots, you can further specify the duration of each time slot. For example, the above screenshot shows one-hour time slots. You can also specify the number of Orders you can deliver within those time slots. So in the one-hour time slots above, 3 Orders can be delivered as specified.
If you enable Delivery Dates, then you can specify the Delivery Date for each Order from the Order Details page.
Moreover, you can also enable Delivery Times on the Webstore. This enables customers to choose from the time slots that you have previously defined.
Lastly, you can also choose days where delivery is closed, such as Sunday in the above example.
Note: If the time slots are not evenly distributed over your business hours, you will see a warning sign next to them. This sign is just to let you know how many minutes you have left unused. For example, if your business hours are 9 am to 5 pm, and your time slots are 45 minutes each, then you will have 30 minutes unused:
2. Delivery Time on the Order Details page
From the Orders tab, choose a specific Order to open or create a new Order. On the Details page, you can choose the shipping address and then specify a Delivery Date:
You can also choose the Delivery Time slot you want:
3. Enable Pickup Time
Enable Pickup Time by going to Settings → Add Ons → Pickup Time → Enabled. You can then configure additional settings as well:
Note: For the Pickup Time options to appear on the Order Details page, you first also need to enable Pick up Location from Company Settings → Sending out and Returning items of an Order.
By enabling time slots, you can further specify the duration of each Pickup Time slot. For example, the above screenshot shows 30-minute time slots. You can also specify the number of Orders you can pick up in a slot. So in the 30-minute time slots above, you can pick up 2 Orders.
If you enable Pickup Dates, then you can specify the Pickup Date for each Order from the Order Details page.
Moreover, you can also enable Pickup Times on the Webstore. This enables customers to choose from the time slots that you have previously defined.
Lastly, you can also choose days where the pickup is closed, such as Sunday in the above example.

4. Pickup Time on the Order Details page
From the Orders tab, choose a specific Order to open or create a new Order. On the Details page, you can choose the Pick Up Address and then specify a Pickup Date:
You can also choose the Pickup Time slot you want:
5. Delivery and Pickup Time on Webstore
Customers can also choose Delivery and Pickup time slots on the Webstore from the ones you have defined beforehand.
6. Alerts for Delivery and Pickup Times
Go to More → Alerts → My Alerts and scroll down to ‘Delivery Due Today’. Here, you can view all the relevant alerts:
You can enable alerts for deliveries and pickups due today. Apart from those, you can also set alerts for deliveries and pickups due in your specified number of days.
The same alerts are also available for Staff Alerts. This way both the Administrators and Staff Users receive them.

7. Delivery and Pickup Times in Reports
In the All Orders report, fields for delivery and pickup dates have also been added as filters. These filters help you narrow down the report results further. To access the report, go to More → Reports → All Orders.
New columns for Delivery Date and Time, and Pickup Date and Time have also been added to this report:
New fields have also been added to Custom Reports. When you’re generating a custom report, you can now add these columns too:
