Line Item Taxes

Enjoy greater flexibility when applying taxes to Orders. Instead of applying taxes to the entire Order, you can now apply individual taxes to each line item within the Order. To enable the feature, go to Settings → Company Settings → Tax Details and select the checkbox for ‘Apply tax per individual item’

Revenue Recognition

You can now choose an accounting method that best fits your company operations. Use either Cash or Accrual Accounting for revenue recognition and tax calculations in reports. To select your accounting method, go to Settings -> Company Settings -> Revenue Recognition.

Additional Address or Location options in Orders

Let your customers choose how they want to receive and return Orders. For receiving Orders, they can opt for either an in-store pickup or delivery. For returning Orders, they can choose to either ship them to you or have you pick them up. To enable this feature, go to Settings -> Company Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Receiving and Returning Items of an Order OR Settings -> Store Settings -> Receiving and Returning Items of an Order.

Purchase Orders : line item locations

You can now set different Locations for Items in a Purchase Order. In this way, Items are automatically assigned Locations once received. This will save you the time and effort of manually changing the Location of each Item when handling large Purchase Orders.

EZRentOut Mobile App: Replace unscanned items in an Order

You can now replace unscanned Items in an Order using EZRentOut Mobile App with available Items of the same name via scanning. Useful when you clone a Past or Rented Out Order. To enable this feature, go to Settings -> Add Ons -> Item Verification for Orders -> Check 'Enable replacement of (un-scanned) assets with the same name'.

Stock view for Asset Stock

You can now see the location stock view for asset stock like the existing location inventory view in EZRentOut. This feature will allow users to see asset stock quantity per location.

Nested Subgroups

This feature allows you to nest subgroups within groups. Each group can have several subgroups within it and you can create as many levels as you like. You can also use the tree view for a hierarchical display of all nested subgroups in your account.

Reorder Quantity

You can now specify a default reorder quantity for each asset stock and inventory item to enable seamless replenishment. To do this, go to the item's details page > Edit > Extended Information > Reorder Quantity. So whenever you add such an item to a purchase order, the quantity to be ordered is reset to its defined reorder quantity.
