2024 was an exceptionally productive year for EZRentOut. We introduced several exciting features to help your rental business improve its customer management and increase the overall ROI. From polishing the Orders module and enhancing the Webstore to making valuable additions to the Opportunity Pipeline, we covered everything!
Here are some feature enhancements at the end of 2024 that helped elevate EZRentOut’s user experience:
1. Take in-line actions with the Opportunity Pipeline
You can now take multiple actions directly from the Opportunity Pipeline rather than switch tabs for better order management. Actions include:
- Send Email
- Assigned to
- Charge Payment
- Rent out
These accessible action tabs help you instantly manage your order and prime the pipeline for smooth customer interaction.
2. Choose recommended items from the Webstore
Your EZRentOut Webstore is equipped with the ability to show recommended items in correspondence with the selected items. Customers can add the recommended rental items to their carts while selecting items to rent out.
3. Show/Hide system fields for Orders
You can customize the visibility of your orders’ system fields and add a new custom field directly from the Order Details Page. Choose to show only the necessary fields to avoid cluttering your order’s page and stay updated with the most relevant information.
4. Categorize order line items
Sort your order line items into sections, depending on your preference, and always stay updated with the type of items being rented out. You can also add section columns to your printout templates for quick item categorization.
5. Implement item-level SEO
Streamline and enhance the SEO of your EZRentOut Webstore by auto-populating the Meta Title and Meta Description fields. The Meta-title will be populated with the Item Name – Store Name, and the Meta Description field with the Item Description.
