Getting to the Order Conversion Cohort Analysis page
To view Order Conversion Cohort Analysis reports, start by clicking on ‘Reports” in the main navigation bar.
Now click on ‘Order Reports’.
This will take you to the following page. Once here, click on ‘Order Conversions Cohort Analysis’.
You are now on the Cohort Analysis page. Basically you have to follow the following path:
Reports → Order Reports → Order Conversions Cohort Analysis
View customization
As mentioned above, Order Conversion Cohort Analysis reports can be viewed in either numeric or percentage views.
This allows users to view insights according to their own monitoring needs.
Views can be customized through the ‘Report Format’ filter on the left side of the page.
The filter is set to numeric by default.
To view the total percentage of orders closed month on month, change the filter to percentage, and click ‘Update’.
You will now be able to view the Cohort Analysis page in the percentage setting.
