How do I upload Google Drive images to EZRentOut?

You can embed images directly within an Order Template by going to More → Printout Templates → Order tab and either creating a new template or editing an existing one. In the ‘Details after line items’ section, click on Free Text. In the overlay that appears, you can click the image icon to enter the link to any image.

If you want to upload Google Drive image links, here’s how to do that:

1. Upload the image in google drive
2. Click on preview
3. Click 3 dots and open the image in a new window
   
4. Copy the image ID from the link, which is the highlighted part shown below:
   
5. Paste the image ID in the below format:
   https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=<IMAGE_ID>
6. Here’s what the link should look like after you paste the highlighted image ID from above:
   https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1gbHt5QcYfs_XHN06zvUrRGXRla5GyiWv
7. Paste this link below to show the drive images and you’re ready to go
