We’ve got some exciting new updates for you this August! Get up to speed with the intuitive upgrades inspired by your workflows, from Revenue Recognition, Item Value Reports, Wix Integration to our Integrated Emails enhancements!
1. Cash vs accrual-based accounting
EZRentOut now provides support for both cash-based and accrual-based accounting. Set up your choice of Revenue Recognition and streamline bookkeeping to ensure that you’re always on top of your financials.
2. Webstore Plugin for your Wix store
Our Webstore Plugin now comes with support for your Wix store. Integrate your EZRentOut data with your online store and provide superior renting capabilities to your customers, with widgets like Carts and comprehensive item details.
3. Item Value Reports
Make informed procurement decisions by analyzing the value of your in-stock Asset Stock and Inventory items. With these reports, you can also look into stock value by location so stock quantities can be better optimized across stores.
4. Set Delivery Location per item in Purchase Orders
Many companies order items for their various locations from a single vendor. The ability to set different locations per line item in the same Purchase Order means that employees no longer have to wait for delivery, only to manually update location details for items as they’re received.
5. Receiving and returning items
Enable Customers to choose how they’d like to receive and return Orders. Choose the locations that you’d like to make available for in-store pick-up and/or drop-off and also let them request delivery or pick-up from their own address.
6. Selling Asset and Asset Stock on the Webstore
Put Asset and Asset Stock up for sale on your Webstore! We’ve extended selling items to the Webstore and also provided you with the ability to hand-pick the items you’d like to put up for sale on your Webstore.
7. Integrated Emails Enhancements
We’ve enhanced our integrated emails to streamline company correspondence with Customers. Access rich email details by viewing Assignee, Customer, or linked Orders. You can also apply these filters to view emails by Assignee, Customer, Business or Order.
