The EZRentOut team rolled out some exciting updates last quarter. We’ve increased flexibility in Consolidated Invoices, introduced the ability to settle security deposits, added new alerts, and much more!
1. Consolidated Invoicing
Generate consolidated printouts for multiple orders. You can also email the invoice to the customer, save the PDF to the customer’s documents, and customize the consolidated invoice template, as you wish.
2. Settling Security Deposits
Once the customer submits the deposit, you can settle the security deposit payments against rented out Orders. You don’t even have to settle the deposit all at once and can revert the settlements if necessary. You can also view the history of all settled amounts when you print the invoice for a particular Order.
3. Select Method of Delivery or Pick Up
You can now toggle between all available options for delivery, pick up and drop off right from the Orders Details page. For receiving items, select whether you deliver the item or the customer picks it up. Similarly, for returning items, choose whether the customer drops off the item or you pick it up from them.
4. Alerts for Changes in Rented Out Orders
Stay on top of every new change made to rented out Orders. Every time the location is updated, items are added, returned or replaced in the Order, and the expected return date is edited, you get an email alert.
5. New Filters for the Webstore
Customers can now filter items by vendors to conveniently view only items sold by the brands of their choice. In conjunction with the previous filters, customers can further narrow down search results for ease of use.
