Seamlessly convert Individual Customers into Business Contacts

Individual customers who are engaged with businesses can now be easily migrated into the EZRentOut B2B Customer Management module. During migration, all previous orders, payment details, and addresses associated with the customer are automatically transferred over to the newly created Business Contact.

Smoothly navigate between Individual and Business customers

With the recent updates to the Customers listing page, you can easily navigate between Individual and Business customers. Save time and apply filters to segregate and view all Business contacts at once.

Create time-specific custom reports to show current trends

Stay on top of important business dates and select time-specific columns in custom reports. Run reports on how many Items were checked-in or purchased over a given time, months, or even years.

Import Items to Order details page via Excel CSV file

Conveniently add Assets, Asset stocks, and Inventory by importing an Excel CSV file directly to your Order details page. This eliminates the need to search and add these Items individually. Map spreadsheet columns, preview, and the system automatically populates your Orders by adding the required Items from within the system.
