[How-to] Refer EZRentOut To Your Peers and Earn

Love using EZRentOut? Now you can get rewarded for it. With the EZRentOut Referral Program, every time you refer a peer who signs up and stays active for 30 days, you both receive a $100 gift card. Through the referral program, you have the chance to win up to $550. It’s a simple, transparent way to share the tools you trust, while earning rewards for helping others discover them.

Let’s give you a walkthrough of how the referral program works:

1. Referring EZRentOut

To refer someone from within the app, simply log in, navigate to Help Center, and click “Refer a Friend,” as shown below. 

You can either copy the link or copy the code to send to the user. If you send the referee the link, they will be taken to the following window, where they can sign up for EZRentOut using the provided link. 

The link will take the referred individual to the following window:

All they need to do is click on “Get Started” and use EZRentOut for 30 days for you and them to be eligible for the reward. 

If you share the referral link, then the code field for the referral will be populated automatically on the billing page. 

The following pop-up will appear when you refer EZRentOut to a friend via email, allowing you to enter the referee’s email address:

If the referee is using the code, then right after they make a payment successfully, the following pop-up will appear, allowing them to enter the referral code:

2. Things to take into consideration while referring

Keep the following pointers in mind when referring EZRentOut to a peer:

• Share your referral link or code with a friend or peer who could benefit from EZRentOut.
• Your referee signs up for a trial using your link or by entering the code during signup. (Codes can’t be added later, so make sure they use it right away!)
• Once your referee upgrades to a paid plan, their 30-day activation period begins.
• Their account must stay active and in good standing for 30 days after the first payment, with no refunds or chargebacks.
• After the 30-day period, your referee receives a $100 reward, and you can claim your reward directly through the in-app email flow.
