1. What is the account fair usage policy?Â
Our asset tracking solution helps track assets, and we have designed a fair usage policy to facilitate our users achieve the maximum benefit. The fair usage policy entails that each account can have up to twice the number of users in the system as the total number of items. In case you have any queries, we offer onboarding assistance. 2. How are items counted towards the package limit?
Each subscription package comes with a limit on the number of items you can track. Here’s how it breaks down:
- Assets: All active assets count toward the package limit. Retired assets are not included in this count.
- Asset Stock: Each unique Asset Stock item counts toward your limit, not the stock quantity. For example, tracking 500 chairs and 200 tables will count as two Asset Stock items, not 700.
- Inventory: Similarly, for Inventory items, the total count is based on unique items. Tracking 100 juice boxes, 50 pens, and 50 notepads will count as three Inventory items, not 200.
3. Can European Union customers have their accounts hosted on servers located in the EU?
Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant and offer our European customers the option to have their EZOfficeInventory account hosted on our European Union AWS instance. This ensures all customer data stays within the EU, adhering to strict data protection standards. However, this option may involve a higher license fee and requires choosing an Advanced or higher plan with a minimum of 1,000 items. 4. Can I extend my trial period?Â
Our standard trial period lasts two weeks, but if you need more time, contact us at support@ezo.io to request an extension. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing and Discounts

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible. Here are the methods we accept:
- Credit or Debit Card Payments: The most popular option among our users. Your card will be charged at the start of your subscription, on renewal, or when upgrading during your subscription as per your selection. To avoid automatic renewal charges, please cancel your subscription through your account settings page or submit an account cancellation request to support@ezo.io at least twenty-one (21) days before your renewal date. - Invoiced Payments: For those who prefer invoicing, we’ll send an invoice in advance. Payment is typically due within 30 days from the invoice date. Please note that overdue invoices may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
2. Does EZOfficeInventory have a refund policy?
No Refunds. Except as provided in section 4.3 of the Terms of Service, your payment obligations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Which plan is best for me?

5. What is the cost of upgrading a yearly package before the year is up?
Upgrading your plan mid-year is hassle-free! There’s no additional cost for making this switch. We’ll simply charge you on a prorated basis for the difference between your current and upgraded plans. This means you only pay for what you use.
6. Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
