When you upload images to EZOfficeInventory – either through a bulk import or by uploading them into the system manually – they get saved in your central document library. This can be accessed by going to Items → Documents.
We populate images into the system based on their names or display picture URLs. This means that if 5 different laptops have an image called Laptop.jpg attached to them, this image will only show up in the central document library once, but will be attached to all 5 items. This is done to make the system run as smoothly as possible, and also to make it easier for you to stay within the data limit for your account.
Although we recommend against it, if you would still like identical images to show up in your central document library as many times as they are used across the system, you can choose the highlighted option when doing a bulk import:
