EZOfficeInventory FAQS Manual Syncing In Ezofficeinventory With Azure Ad

Can I manually trigger a sync in EZOfficeInventory via SCIM with Azure AD after it has failed? 

In EZOfficeInventory, manual syncs are not possible. If a user remains unsynced after the latest sync and provisioning is still ongoing in Azure, here’s what you can do:

  1. Automatic syncing: EZOfficeInventory automatically syncs data whenever there is a change in user properties – such as a user is activated, deactivated, or their information is updated. You can wait for the system to complete the syncing process on its own. The average time for a standard sync to complete is 45 minutes. 
  2. Restart User Provisioning: If you want to resync all users and provisioning on Azure has stopped, simply restart the user provisioning process for EZOfficeInventory to automatically sync data. 
  3. Provision on Demand: Quickly sync data of a specific user by using “Provision on Demand”. Here’s how you can do that!
