Why am I getting a 404 error after changing the subdomain on the mobile app?

When you change the subdomain on your mobile app, you may receive a 404 error:

 

You can resolve the error in two ways:

  1. Clear the cache of the mobile app. In your mobile device, go to settings → apps → EZOfficeInventory → storage → clear data and cache. 
  2. Reinstall the app.
