EZRentOut adds more features that help your rental business grow clientele and retain existing customers.

You can now create custom roles designed for better permissions and control for your teams, tailored to your industry needs. You can quickly assess your customers and orders in a streamlined opportunity pipeline to gain insights into business opportunities and take the required actions. You can add missing rental items or void items in orders even after return and completion to keep your data consistent. You can let your customers rate their order experience and share feedback to understand and improve your rental experience. You can tag reports for yourself or your team to quickly access meaningful reports.

Here are the details:


1. Set up custom roles in EZRentOut

Create and set up custom roles as an account owner or administrator. Go beyond the default roles of Administrators and Staff Users. Create, modify, and manage roles tailored to your rental business, organizational hierarchy, and specific team needs. Grant permissions accordingly and in detail.


2. Grow business with the opportunity pipeline (beta)

View and analyze your customers and orders in a nutshell. Your customers show as new prospects, lapsed, or engaged. Check the status of your orders in the drafted, stalled, booked, and rented-out states. Take necessary actions to utilize the opportunities shown within the Opportunity Pipeline.


3. Void or add missed items in returned or completed orders

Add a missing item or void an item even after the order has been returned or completed. The functionality will help you stay accurate, track rental inventory proactively, and ensure alignment in payments, accounting, and bookkeeping. Take corrective action, even after return or completion. 


4. Get a customer satisfaction score (C-SAT) on Orders

Get a rating and feedback from your customers on their orders to build trust and provide an excellent experience. They will be emailed to share ratings and feedback every time they order. View feedback on the Orders tab, and Order detail page, or create a custom report for deeper analysis.


5. Tag your reports for quick access and categorization

Categorize your reports by tagging them for quick access. Create private tags that are only visible to you or public tags that your entire team and staff can view and use. Gain clarity across all teams. Make data retrieval easy and instantly view and analyze reports that are meaningful to you.
