For existing Asset Stock, users can add new stock or retire current stock through mass actions on the app. Doing so is useful where companies have to deal with multiple items of the same stock being added/retired everyday.
Go to the Asset Stock Listings page → Import Asset Stock →Add/Retire Stock to Existing Asset Stock.
Here you will be asked to upload an Excel file.
The format to upload the Excel is shown as follows:
If the system detects any missing rows, the Asset Stock will not be updated.
