In the new mobile app, the Items in the Item Center will appear based on your web settings, unless you sort and filter your Items. In order to sort Items according to your preference, go to the ‘eye’ icon on the right corner on the Mix Listings page. 
You will be redirected to another screen where you can sort Items based on Name, Location, custody and more as shown:
For example, we sort the Items according to the Names in ascending order. It will be shown like this:
You can even apply sorting along with Location or Stock view:
