- File uploads: Drag-and-drop files directly into Work Request forms, making it easier to add relevant documents or images.
- Separated actions: “Deny” and “Revise” actions are now distinct, offering greater clarity in the listing and side-view panes.
- Streamlined filters: Irrelevant filters like “Assigned To” and “Supervisor” have been removed to simplify the interface.
- Reorganized information: Priority is now displayed under Core Information, while Work Order Location has been moved to Additional Information for better categorization.
Listing Enhancements
- Clickable status chips: Instantly update work order states by clicking on status chips and selecting the next state from a dropdown menu.
- In-line actions: Add work logs, edit details, or update states directly from the listing page without navigating elsewhere.
- Mass actions: Perform bulk updates, such as changing primary assignees, sending reminders, or deleting multiple work orders simultaneously.
- Improved pagination: Customize the number of results displayed per page and navigate through pages effortlessly.
- Tab refinements: Consolidated tabs for simplified navigation. The “Services” tab has been removed, making it easier for the EZO CMMS users to declutter the interface.
Associations Tab
- Unified view: Access all linked work orders, purchase orders, projects, and contracts within a single tab for streamlined association management.
- Counts displayed: View total and individual counts for all associated items at a glance.
- Batch actions: Link or unlink multiple associations simultaneously for efficient management.
Filters and Customization
- Revamped filters: Filters are now displayed in a collapsible side pane with active filters shown as removable chips, improving clarity and ease of use.
- Table customization: Adjust table columns by dragging and dropping, adding new ones, or resetting to default settings for a tailored view.
Pop-Ups
- Add inventory: Displays the total inventory count at a location, helping users make informed decisions during inventory additions.
- Work log enhancements: Introduces a “Date Created On” field in logs for better clarity and traceability.
Work Order Details Page
