Closing your EZO CMMS account is a simple process with a few easy steps.
It is important to remember that closing your account will result in the permanent deletion of all your data and information associated with EZO CMMS. We recommend backing up any important data before proceeding.
Please note that only account owners can cancel the account.
Step 1: Access the Billing Page
If you are an account owner, please first access the billing page. There are two ways to do this:
Method 1
- Log into your EZO CMMS account.
- Go to the dashboard.
- Find your customer profile icon, which is displayed on the top-left corner of the dashboard, and click on it. A drop-down menu will appear from where you will select “Billing.”
Method 2
- Log in to your EZO CMMS account.
- Click on the “Settings” icon from the dashboard.
- Now, on the Settings page, click on the “Billings” section.
Step 2: Close the Account
Once you have accessed the Billing page, scroll down to find the “Close my account” option, allowing you to permanently close your account. Simply click on this option to proceed with the account closure process.
Step 3: Confirmation
Upon clicking “Close my account”, you will be directed to a new page, asking you to provide your reasons for cancellation. Enter your feedback along with your password for confirmation in the designated fields. Once both fields are filled, click the “Close Account” button to permanently close your account.
