1. Zendesk Sunshine
EZOfficeInventory is integrating with the open and flexible CRM platform, Zendesk Sunshine to give you a multi-dimensional view of your customer and business data. You can now extract relevant business data from siloed applications and solve customer issues in a jiffy!
2. Track Cost Of Carts
Take note of the total value of items going out against each project! This enables supervisors to prioritize vigilance according to the cost of Carts and expedite item recovery in the event of equipment loss or damage.
3. Item Value Reports
Make informed procurement decisions by analyzing the value of your in-stock Asset Stock and Inventory items. With these reports, you can also look into stock value by location so stock quantities can be better optimized across stores.
4. Set Delivery Location per item in Purchase Orders
Many companies order items for various locations from a single vendor. The ability to set different locations per item in a single Purchase Order means that employees can log locations at the time of ordering. This way, they don’t have to wait for the delivery to come in.
5. Custom fields for Locations
Every company location is different but it can be hard to show this in your company records. EZOfficeInventory now enables users to create Custom fields for Locations so you can differentiate them by whichever attributes you may have.
