Simplify asset actions with Catalog View
Enable Catalog View to consolidate similar Asset types in a single category. With the Catalog view it becomes easier to reserve, checkout and add stock to an existing Asset, without getting slowed down by item-level-specific information.
Ensure user accountability with Item Trail
Track all action history taken by different users on Assets, Asset Stock and Inventory. View state changes, stock updates, and check-in/checkout details for a specific time period. For deleted items, view Item Trail history by running reports.
Depreciation Report enhancements
Run valuable Custom Reports for useful life and depreciation between dates for all Assets. These reports provide depreciation amounts for total and current value of Assets alongside remaining useful life. Such metrics are quite useful in planning asset procurement and compliance.
Create different types of maintenance and general Work Orders for your specific business needs. Add costs, link inventory and add work logs all at the same time to track progress. Run Work Order Line Item reports for greater visibility into maintenance workflows.
