Tighten access control by creating user roles with personalized permissions. EZOfficeInventory offers 4 predefined user roles but you can customize and build your own to cater to your unique workflows.
Your electronic signatures are now even more secure. Upgrades to signatures in EZOfficeInventory mean that only Administrators can view company-wide signatures, while Staff Users can only view signatures they’ve recorded themselves.
3. LDAP Integration Enhancements
Managing your users with our LDAP integration is now even easier. Map Custom Fields along with primary attributes when syncing your users. Additionally, receive alerts for LDAP user syncs to track them in real-time.
4. New Custom Fields in Printout Templates
Now add custom fields for bundles, businesses, and vendors to your Printout Templates. This offers your employees more meaningful labels to aid everyday work operations.
5. Bulk Import Members via Excel
Adding new members to EZOfficeInventory is now hassle-free. Simply bulk import members from an excel sheet to save time and begin managing your team’s asset assignments.
6. Activate/Inactivate Locations
Deactivate a location that is no longer in use and still preserve all past data associated with it. This prevents users from assigning an inactive location to an item, streamlining data logging while decreasing room for error.
