With organizations expanding beyond their home countries, the need to communicate and engage with cross-location teams has increased.
The EZO application in Zendesk can now be translated into various languages allowing users to communicate across teams and easily understand ticket information.
Benefits of localizing EZO
-> Improved workflow: Team members can use the application in their preferred language. This way they can better understand ticket details and complete the tasks required within time.
-> Efficient collaboration: Multiple cross-location-based teams working on the same ticket can access and understand localized tools and resources for efficient and productive collaboration.
-> Easy access: With localized settings, users can access the application easily. With easy access, users can interact with the interface with more comfort and conduct various actions better.

When you check details under the ‘Checked out items’ option, the asset field names such as Asset #, AIN, and Location are in French.
You can also extend checkout, start, or schedule service on assets from the action dropdown options available in French.
Note: The Asset name is not translated into French.
2.2. Other details
All options under related equipment details are also translated into French.
