We are thrilled to announce the August  2024 EZO CMMS release notes designed to enhance your facilities management experience. This release brings many new features and improvements, including more tailored pricing plans, enhanced request management workflows, powerful automation tools, and smarter preventive maintenance capabilities.

Whether you’re part of a small team or a large enterprise, these updates have been introduced to meet your specific maintenance needs and help streamline your facility’s operations.

New pricing plans

Set your facilities teams for success with our updated pricing plans. Starting from “CMMS Essential” at $21 monthly or $16 annually per user per month, our plans offer transparent pricing with three tiers — Essential, Plus, and Professional — to fit different needs and budgets. Explore the new plans!

Public request portal

Enhance the accessibility  of your request management workflows by allowing non-logged-in users like customers or external stakeholders to submit guest/public work requests. This feature simplifies the request process and ensures seamless communication with guest users via email with status updates.

Automations

Boost your maintenance operations with new automation triggers. Automatically route work requests to the right teams, assign supervisors and set up task schedules based on priority levels, work types, or requester roles. Increase productivity and maintain efficiency with automated workflows.

Meter-based preventive maintenance

Track meter readings, such as mileage or pressure, to automate maintenance for critical assets. Set trigger thresholds automatically to trigger work orders, ensuring proactive maintenance and optimizing asset performance.

New and improved checklists

Ensure critical tasks are completed accurately with our new checklist feature. Technicians can now update and complete checklists before starting or finishing work orders, with mandatory items ensuring all steps are followed. Incomplete checklists trigger an error, preventing work orders from being improperly closed.

Vendor role for external work order management

Seamlessly integrate vendors into your CMMS workflows with the new vendor role. Vendors can now log in, manage purchase and work orders, and update relevant information directly within EZO CMMS, streamlining communication and providing visibility into vendor activities for comprehensive vendor management.
