The EZO team is excited to announce new features and enhancements from the last quarter. We have introduced Date Alert in phases along with Location-Based Thresholds for our customers. Run seamless organizational workflows by assigning relevant states to assets. This is useful for businesses that have long transit routes or approval tiers. A Custom Substate can be defined for each parent state to cater to various asset movements.
Generate graphs for in depth data visualizations with every custom report. With several graph options available you can run actionable business reports according to your requirements.
Manage assets and asset stock efficiently across multiple offices with Location-Based Thresholds. Specify locations with minimum and maximum thresholds to receive alerts when that quantity is reached.
4. Mass Asset Stock Scan and Check-In:
Simplify mass actions by scanning multiple assets in one go on your EZO mobile app. Once scanned, you can check in items on behalf of a user to maintain accurate records.
For important events, set multiple Date Alert reminders to send out email notifications. Get alerted in phases to ensure you don’t miss out on due dates. This setting can also be enabled for custom fields in relevant assets.
