Team EZOfficeInventory has been working hard on new and exciting feature updates for the last quarter. We have made significant progress in improving the Request Portal, custom fields and Automations module to simplify asset management for you.
1. Operational Hours in Request Portal
Users can now set operational hours to minimize activity outside of business hours. Set operational days and hours to allow logins and requests within a specified time. Learn how.
2. Activate/ Deactivate Custom fields
Preserve action history with the ability to activate and deactivate custom fields. Choose which custom fields are visible on listing and details page to provide additional information only where needed. Read more. Â
3. Requester Role
To help admins add staff as requesters, EZOfficeInventory has introduced the Requester Role in Members. Simply select the ‘Requester’ role when creating a new Member to automatically apply permissions. See how.Â
4. Requester-Fulfiler comms
Keep Requesters updated on their request status through the portal. Notifications are triggered every time an action is taken on the request and appear in the Notification section. Learn more.Â
